The Good: delivery happened very quickly. Nothing missing and no damage. The cabinet looks attractive. The Not So Good: the color is not what it was on the website photo. It has a decidedly grayish tone. Assembly was more of a chore than I expected, but all the parts were there. I only hope the instruction booklet were clearer, with better drawings and additional details. Overall, I would prefer this assembled, but I'm not going to pay the 75% of the price to have it done. I assembled it myself, with a couple of steps I have to redo. I'm still struggling with opening the file drawers - they open only 25%. There must be a trick to it, but it is not in the instructions, alas.
